Our candles are hand poured right here in Custer, South Dakota with eco-friendly, all-natural coconut and apricot wax. We use only certified clean scents that are carcinogen and phthalate free. We laser-engrave all of our vessels in-house.
Our luxurious buffalo tallow bath bombs and shower steamers will make you never want to go back to lesser products. They are made with only natural and clean ingredients right here in South Dakota, a true reflection of the beautiful region we call home.
Made exclusively with Buffalo Tallow from Wild Idea Buffalo, and renderred right here by us on our small South Dakota ranch, our small–batch soaps and body butters are made with only natural clay colorants and essential oils.

Many of our customers initially purchase products from us because they are drawn to products that remind them of our beautiful region and like supporting a small, local business. However, what will keep you coming back is the quality of our products.
Not all tallow is created equal. We use only the best, and it shows.
Buffalo tallow has many unique moisturizing benefits not provided by lower-quality tallows, such as beef tallow. Buffalo tallow is very similar to human skin lipids, is nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory, sustainable, and traditional.
Our products come from local grass-fed and finished buffalo, sourced exclusively from Wild Idea Buffalo that WE hand-render ourselves the old-fashioned way. One use, and we know you’ll feel the difference.
After owning & managing a wedding venue for many years in Southern California, my husband and I fulfilled a dream by moving to the Black Hills of South Dakota. From our small log cabin we wanted to find a way to share the sights, scents and old west nostalgia that surrounds us with you. Our mission is to bring you luxurious products that harmonize your living spaces without harming you or the environment with unwanted toxins.
We render locally sourced buffalo tallow by hand, the old fashioned way. We hand-pour and produce all our products in small batches to ensure top quality that we can be proud of. Come relax your mind and body with us on a journey to the Black Hills of South Dakota.
